Confidence and self-esteem
Confidence is not a personality you either have or lack. It is built out of specific habits of thinking, and habits can be changed.
These pages separate self-esteem — what you believe you are worth — from confidence, which is what you are willing to do. Most people who want the second are actually short of the first, so it is worth starting there.
