Embedded commands are suggestions or statements that are hidden away inside other sentences. They may be continuous or spread out. All you have to do is distinguish these phrases from the rest of the words in some way, usually by changing the voice in some way for example by stressing the phrase or lowering the pitch (known as analog marking). You can also mark phrases out with other body language or movements that the listener's unconscious mind will pick up on.
The listener will not be consciously aware of these phrases but their unconscious will detect them.
You don't have to go into a deep trance right now and I don't expect you to then tell me everything.
The conscious mind hears the whole sentence but the unconscious also picks out the highlighted suggestions.
